We’ve shipped a new version with a major improvement to how we work with Stripe. Here’s what’s new 👇

💳 Stripe Integration Update

We’ve reworked how Boxbase talks to Stripe to make payments smoother and more cost-efficient. From now on, all Stripe-related payments use Stripe Invoicing.

Why the change?

By switching to Stripe Invoicing, we can:

• ✅ Reduce fees for you. You still pay standard transaction fees, and now only the Stripe Invoicing fee on top.
• ⚙️ Unlock more flexibility for future payment workflow improvements.
• 💡 Keep everything automatic with no manual actions required.

You don’t need to do anything on your side. We’ve handled the migration for you. If you have questions or notice something unusual, reach out to us directly.

🗓️ Class Schedule Timeslot Settings

Class schedule timeslots can now have individual settings for:

• Assigned coaches
• Participation limits
• Registration deadlines
• Cancellation deadlines

This allows for more flexible class planning and better alignment with your box’s daily routines.

🛠️ Several Improvements & Bugfixes

We fixed a few small issues and refined workflows to keep Boxbase fast and reliable. Nothing major, just polish that makes things run smoothly.
