With v1.15.0, we’re introducing the first set of performance metrics right on your dashboard. This is our first step in giving you a better understanding on what's happening inside your business.

📊 Your Dashboard Just Got Smarter

On the updated dashboard, you’ll find six new metrics. These will help you understand how your box is performing. Whether it’s member growth, class demand, or churn trends.

These metrics are the start for a broader analytics layer we’re building at Boxbase. Our long-term plan is to offer full transparency over your business, without the need to dig through spreadsheets or external tools.

👉 The New Metrics

Here is a detailed explanation of the released metrics:

  • New Members: Shows how many new members joined your box in the last 6 months
  • Churned Members: Displays the number of members who didn’t renew or created a new membership
  • Trials: Number of trials this month including a growth comparison to the last month
  • New Memberships: Shows how many new memberships were signed in the last 6 months
  • Class Utilisation: Reveals how occupied your classes were on average over the last 6 months
  • Class Registrations: Displays all registration activity in the last 6 months broken down into registrations, cancellations, late cancellations, and waitlists
