Faster Class Calendar and Message Recipient Lists

IMPROVED
  • Class Calendar Performance: The class detail sheet and the class calendar now load faster (roughly 30-40% fewer overall)
  • Sent Message Recipients: The recipient list of a sent message now loads much faster
  • Back-to-Back Classes: Classes that follow each other directly in the calendar are separated by a thin gap
FIXED
  • Registration Count in Class List: The member class list no longer shows 0/N registrations right after registering, cancelling or claiming a spot.

New Benchmarks and Cleaner Score Catalog Imports

  • Score Tracking Catalog: Hip Thrust and the Loredo benchmark are now part of the score tracking catalog.
IMPROVED
  • Score Catalog Import: The score catalog import only reports benchmarks that actually changed.
FIXED
  • Birthday and Welcome Emails: Custom birthday and welcome emails no longer crash on the user role placeholder when sent from the queue.

Class Pack Reminders and Membership Expiry Fixes

FIXED
  • Units Running Low Emails: Class packs that have not started yet or are already over no longer trigger "units running low" emails.
  • Unsigned Membership Expiry: Memberships still waiting for an agreement signature now expire when their end date has passed, and their open payments are voided.

Reliable Email Delivery and Payment Fixes

IMPROVED
  • Email Delivery: Emails are no longer dropped when many are sent at the same time.
  • Expiration Reminders: Membership expiration reminders now also go to class pack holders with units left.
FIXED
  • Public Plans Link: Copying the public plans page link now confirms it was copied.
  • Change Role Dialog: The change role dialog uses the regular dialog spacing again.
  • Payment Updates: Payment updates calculate the correct sum.

  • Membership Information: Membership details are grouped by status, with a detail view.
  • Bexio Invoice Lines: Bexio invoices list one position per line item, with its quantity, price and tax rate.
  • Bexio Discounts: Bexio invoices show discounts: line discounts are named on the line, and a payment discount gets its own line.
  • Waiting List Wording: Clearer wording for the waiting list claim window options.
  • Bexio Payment Term: The Bexio payment term can now be set to 20 days.

  • Freed Spots: Admins can now claim a freed spot from the class detail.

Bexio Fixes for Non VAT Liable Organisations

  • Bexio Settings: Boxes whose organisation is not VAT liable can now save their Bexio settings.
  • Invoice Sending: Invoices are now sent to Bexio for boxes whose organisation is not VAT liable.
