We’re happy to provide an update to our Boxbase platform. In our latest release we introduced some new functionalities for you as an admin/owner which provide you some insights into your members.

New Dashboard Widgets

We’ve introduced three new dashboard widgets designed to keep you updated and informed without searching:

🎉 Upcoming Birthdays

A small but helpful widget to engage with your members. The widget will list all upcoming birthdays in the next 14 days.

Prepare a surprise, congratulate and celebrate when the time comes.

🚦 Membership Expirations

Stay on top of important deadlines and renewals. This widget provides a concise view of any upcoming expirations in the next month.

Act instead of react to upcoming expirations.

⚠️ Low Participation Members

Also a widget to show preventive information. The widget will show you all members with a membership who didn’t show up the last 14 days or longer.

Engage with your members and make sure everything is alright.

Smaller Improvements

We also made some small improvements for country-related inputs. They will now show you a more intuitiv selection of the countries:
