We're excited to announce the release of Boxbase version 1.5.0! This update brings new features, improvements, and fixes designed to enhance your experience and streamline your workflow. Here’s a detailed look at what’s new:

🏋️ Adding members to your box

We've added the ability to create member-profiles manually. By doing that the members will get an invitation via e-mail to join your box. It's an alternative option to the already available invite-link.

🤕 Member Injury Notes

Keeping track of injuries is now easier. We've introduced a simple field where you can track injuries. This update addresses a popular request from various box-owners.

✉️ Class Cancellation Notifications

Automated emails are now sent out when a class is cancelled, ensuring that all members are promptly informed. Also their registration status will be updated so that members don't loose any membership units.

🧾 Payments ledger

We have implemented payment ledger to keep track of payments. This will be enhanced in the near future by integrating automated payments (SEPA, credit card) from Stripe. Stay tuned to check on that!

Smaller Improvements

We also made a bunch of smaller improvements and bugfixes. Here is a simple overview of the tasks:

• Improvement - Listing box owners as coaches for class assignments
  • Owners can now be listed as coaches during class assignments, providing more flexibility in class management.
• Improvement - Disabled Coach-Assignment for Cancelled Classes
  • To prevent confusion, coach assignments for cancelled classes are now disabled.
• Improvement - Membership details view layout optimization
  • We’ve optimized the layout for the membership details view, making it more user-friendly and easier to navigate.
• Improvement - Enhanced "Add Member" List
  • Members who are already participating in a class will no longer appear in the "add member" list, reducing redundancy and improving the user experience.
• Fixed - Box Selector UI Bug
  • We’ve fixed a bug that affected the box selector UI
• Fixed - Schedule Loading Issue
  • An issue where the schedule was not fully loaded after creating a new one has been resolved
