We’re excited to announce a new Boxbase release packed with features to make your daily work smoother and more professional. Here’s what’s new 👇

📝 Digital Agreements

Paperwork? 🤮 Yeah we know, it's necessary and important, but it can be quite cumbersome to manage. So let us introduce us to you: Digital Agreements.

Your Members can now view and sign agreements digitally, and you can track everything in one place.

• 👉 Let your users sign general waivers
• 👉 Create membership agreements which must be signed before registrations
• 👉 See them all in one place

📧 Mail Templates System

We are very exicted about this feature, because it's the first step towards automated workflows regarding your leads and members. As a first step we introduced 2 mail templates which can be customised by you.

• Enable or disable mails
• Preview the original mails
• Customize the content using text placeholders/variables
• Adjust available settings like email triggers

We've included 2 templates:

• Welcome New Member: Give your members a warm welcome
• Membership Expiration Reminder: Reminder mail for non-renewable memberships. Your chance to act on renewals or churn.

🛠️ Improvements & Fixes

We’ve also shipped a bunch of improvements and bugfixes to keep Boxbase running fast and reliably:

• Allow late registrations for members by an admin user
• Performance improvements, especially on the calendar page
• Various bugfixes for the editor, date-picker, and more
