We've shipped another Boxbase update with improvements to membership management and member access control. Here's what's new 👇

📋 Agreements v2: Complete Lifecycle Management

Your agreement management just got stronger. We've enhanced the agreements system with full lifecycle controls for member contracts.

• 👉 Manage agreement status: draft, archived, or published
• 👉 Automatic versioning: agreements are versioned automatically as you update them

This enables you to upgrade your agreements as your gym evolves, while keeping a complete history of previous versions and all member signatures. New members sign the latest version, while records of what earlier members signed remain intact.

🔐 Member Access Status

Control is everything. We've introduced a new member access status feature that lets you manage exactly who can access which classes and registrations.

• Enable or disable member access on demand
• Prevent access for specific members without removing them
• Manage class and registration access independently

⏱️ Extend Membership Feature

The new extend membership feature lets you quickly add time to active memberships without creating a hassle.

• Extend membership duration with a single click
• Adjust membership end dates as needed
• Keep members engaged and active
• Reduce churn with flexible membership options

📝 Member Notes

Sometimes context matters. Add notes directly to member profiles to capture important information, preferences, or special conditions.

• Store notes on individual members
• Reference special requests or accommodations
• Build a richer member history
• Improve your team's ability to provide personalized service

We've also refined the member experience across the board:

• Membership Tables Redesign: Cleaner interface with less visual noise, focusing on the information that matters most
• Available Units Display: See exactly how many units are available on a member's membership at a glance

• Various UX improvements throughout the member management section
