Our First Integration: Kriger Programming, Straight Into Boxbase

We're excited to introduce our first official integration: a direct connection between Boxbase and Kriger Training, a beloved programming provider in the community.

If your box runs Kriger programming, you no longer have to copy it over by hand. New programming cycles are delivered straight into Boxbase shortly after they're published, landing on the class type you choose, ready for your coaches and members.

Why we built this

Great programming is at the heart of a great box. But getting that programming into the tools you actually run your day with has always been manual work: a PDF in a chat, a spreadsheet, a daily copy-and-paste into your schedule.

We wanted to close that gap. This is the first step in a bigger idea: Boxbase as the place where the tools you already love come together, instead of another silo you have to keep in sync by hand.

How it works

The flow is designed to be set-and-forget:

1. Subscribe to Kriger. You arrange your programming subscription directly with Kriger Training, just as you do today.
2. Let us know, and we'll switch it on. Tell us you're a Kriger box and we'll enable the integration on your account. Kriger Box Programming is enabled by default; if you follow a different track, like Hyrox, just let us know and we'll add that too.
3. Map it to a class type. You decide which class type the programming should flow into, so it shows up exactly where your members expect it.
4. Get it automatically. New programming cycles are written into your schedule shortly after they're published, and your team is notified by email with a summary of what was added.

That's it. The workout, coaches' notes, and members' notes all come through, tagged so everyone knows it's Kriger programming.

What this saves you

The time adds up fast. In our own test, copying a single month of Kriger programming into Boxbase by hand took around two hours. With the integration, that drops to zero, it's just there.

• No more copy and paste. The programming is already in Boxbase the moment it's released. No re-typing, no reformatting, and no more lost evenings transcribing a month of workouts.
• Notified on every release. Your team gets an email the moment new programming lands, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• It goes exactly where you want it. You choose the class type, so the programming shows up on the right sessions, for the right members.
• Your existing programming is safe. The integration only fills in days you haven't already programmed. If you've already planned a day yourself, Boxbase leaves it untouched and lets you know it skipped it.
• It never rewrites history. Programming only flows forward from the day you connect, so subscribing won't flood your past schedule.
