Introducing Achievements: Celebrating the Members Who Show Up

We're excited to introduce Achievements, a new way to celebrate the members who make your box what it is.

Achievements turn quiet, everyday commitment into something visible and worth celebrating. The first one is Member Since, which recognises how long a member has been part of your box, and marks every milestone along the way.

Why celebrate?

Running a box isn't about workouts and schedules. It's about people who keep showing up, week after week, and the community they build together.

Those moments are easy to miss. A member quietly passes their first year with you and nobody notices. We wanted to change that, by giving you a natural, genuine reason to connect with your members on a human level.

Achievements are built on a few simple principles:

• Celebrate effort, not perfection. There are no negative states and nothing can ever be taken away. Miss a week, a month, or a year, and every achievement a member has earned is still there waiting for them.
• Personal progress, not competition. No leaderboards, no rankings, no comparing members against each other. The only benchmark that matters is a member's own journey.
• Earned by showing up, not by chasing. Achievements recognise the time and effort members already put in. They come naturally from being part of the box, so there's nothing to chase or farm.

Member Since

Member Since celebrates commitment over time. As a member reaches each milestone of being part of your box, they unlock a new achievement: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and every year after that.

It counts the time someone has been a member, so it recognises loyalty and belonging, including the quieter stretches when life gets busy.

How it works

• It just happens. Achievements are awarded automatically as members reach each milestone. There's nothing for you or your members to set up.
• Members get a moment. When a member unlocks an achievement, they're greeted with a celebration in the app, a small moment that says "we see you, and we're glad you're here."
• Your team can join in. Coaches and admins can see when a member has recently hit a milestone, creating the perfect opening for a "congrats on your first year!" in person. That kind of recognition often means more than any badge.
• Existing members aren't left behind. Everyone already at your box keeps the milestones they've earned. The first time they look, they'll find a collection that reflects everything they've already done with you.
• Members stay in control. Anyone who prefers a quieter experience can switch off celebration pop-ups in their settings, and still keep their achievements.

This is just the beginning

Member Since is the first achievement, and we're already working on more ways to recognise your members. Next up are achievements that celebrate showing up to classes and staying consistent week after week, so there are even more genuine reasons to connect with your community.
