We've been busy working on stabilasing Boxbase. Various improvements, performance enchancements and couple of new and improved features are live. This is a brief summary of all the changes from v1.9.0 to v1.11.12.

🎉 New Features

We introduced a couple of new features and improvements. Let's have a look into them.

💌 New Mail: Member Invite accepted

After invating a new member to your gym they will get an email. As soon as they accept and join your community you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation mail will be send to your box profiles contact email which can be managed in Settings > Box Settings > Profile.

📨 Class Cancellation Message

We enabled the option to define a custom message if you cancel a class. The message will be included in the cancellation mail for the registered users.

Hint: The message option is not shown if the class registrations are empty.

💅 Members View

We’ve got feedback from several users (🖤) on the members view of Boxbase. We looked into individual feedback carefully and applied some of the ideas and improvements to the members view:

• Dashboard improvements
• Improving class and registration statuses
• Day indicator for registered classes
• Clear wordings

🛠 Improvements & Fixes

We identified some performance and usability improvements which were also added to Boxbase. The dashboard, class calendar and user search performance has been optimized, providing faster results and a smoother experience when searching or navigating through Boxbase.

Also with the last several releases we fixed various bugs, addressing issues from calendar display issues, unwanted class duplication in a specific edge cases, and more. These updates ensure that Boxbase remains a stable, reliable tool that keeps your box running smoothly.

Our November Release will introduce automated Payments with Stripe. And we are also cooking some treats for the members. We will let you know!
