Excel and CSV Downloads

NEW
  • Excel and CSV Downloads: Downloads are now available in Excel and CSV formats.
IMPROVED
  • Bexio Access: Box admins can send to and pull from Bexio, not just owners.
  • Bexio payments are pushed hourly instead of every 5 minutes, and Bexio settings are re-read twice a day
  • Export Contents: CSV exports carry raw numbers, ISO dates and a currency column.
FIXED
  • Bexio Sync: Bexio sync now works for boxes whose organisation is not VAT liable.
  • Inactive Members: Setting a member inactive now cancels their upcoming registrations and waiting list spots.
  • Participation Limits: Class calendars count only registered athletes against the participation limit
  • Full Class Label: On the public calendar, a full class says "Full. Join the waitlist" instead of "0 spots left".

Auto-Renew Choice and Waiting List Claims

  • Auto-Renew Choice: Members can choose whether a membership renews automatically during checkout.
  • Waiting List Claim Window: Close to the class, a freed spot is offered to everyone on the waiting list and the first to claim it gets it.

  • Cancellation Message: Memberships no longer show the wrong cancellation message when self-cancellation is disabled.
  • Achievement Celebration: The achievement celebration no longer shows as a narrow strip on desktop.
  • Freed Spots: Spots freed by a cancelled or paused membership now move the waiting list up instead of staying empty.
  • Class List Counts: The member class list no longer counts waiting list entries as registrations.
  • Plan Price Changes: Changing a plan price no longer reprices unrelated paused memberships and past membership cycles.

Simplified Revenue Metrics

IMPROVED
  • Revenue Metrics: The business metrics dashboard replaces membership revenue, MRR and ARM with a single revenue figure and two ARM figures.
  • Member Flow Chart: The member flow chart has wider bars and no longer draws the net line. Net is now a row in the table view.
FIXED
  • Fixed-Term Memberships: Paying members and ARM no longer read zero for boxes selling fixed-term memberships. The metric previously required auto-renew to be switched on.

REMOVED

  • Lost Recurring Members: The lost recurring members KPI and the "Lost recurring" tag on the dashboard's lost members sheet are gone. Churn is now reported as one figure.

Churn Counting and Payment Status Fixes

FIXED
  • Lost Member KPIs: Lost members and lost recurring members no longer count memberships that are still set to renew as churn in the running month.
  • Awaiting Payment Method: Fully paid memberships with nothing left to collect no longer show "awaiting payment method", and those members are no longer blocked from booking classes.

Membership Revenue KPI and Business Metrics Accuracy

  • Membership Revenue: A membership revenue KPI on the business metrics dashboard, showing the membership money collected each month net of refunds.
IMPROVED
  • Members at Risk: Members at risk now counts attendance instead of bookings, and the window is configurable per box (default 14 days instead of 7).
  • At Risk Export: Members at risk can be exported as CSV.
  • Confirmation Dialogs: Cancel-registration and allow-all confirmations now match the other confirmation dialogs.
  • Trials Table: The trials table brings back the "Past" view alongside "Not converted".
FIXED
  • BI Metrics: Corrected several metrics on the business metrics dashboard that showed irregular numbers.
  • Dashboard Widgets: The trials and lost members widgets no longer lag behind the figures shown on the business metrics page.
