Program Overview Actions and Metrics Fixes

IMPROVED
  • Class Status Indicators: The program overview now shows status indicators for scheduled classes.
  • Move Blocks and Days: Move a single block or a whole day from the program overview.
  • Clear Day: Delete all blocks of a day in one action.
  • Copy and Move Destinations: Copying or moving in the program overview now picks a destination class type as well as a date.
  • Plan Creation Validation: Validation errors when creating a plan now show the specific message in the toast and jump to the relevant step.
  • Not Converted Trials: The trials table replaces the "Past trials" view with "Not converted", listing past trials whose guest never became a member.
FIXED
  • Text Editor Shortcuts: Keyboard shortcuts no longer react while you are editing in the text editor.
  • Upcoming Classes Widget: Upcoming classes no longer overflow on mobile in the dashboard widget.
  • Class Pack Plans: Creating a class pack plan no longer leaves the check-in period empty and failing validation.
  • Currency Display: Fixed the currency display on the BI metrics dashboard.
  • Active Members Count: The active members count for past months on the BI metrics dashboard is correct again.
  • New Members Metric: New members on the BI metrics dashboard now use the join date.

Failed Payment Handling

IMPROVED
  • Failed Payments: Inform members about failed payments and resolve them directly in boxbase.
  • Invoice Finalization: Stripe invoice finalization failures are now handled.
  • Members Table: The members table can now be sorted by join date.
FIXED
  • Agreement Checkbox: Fixed the checkbox state in the agreement flow.
  • Plan Selector: The plan selector is scrollable again.

Interface Polish

IMPROVED
  • Guest Checkout Agreements: Agreement steps now render edge-to-edge inside the checkout drawer on every viewport instead of a floating centered card.

  • Interface Cleanup: A round of visual fixes across the admin.
  • Mobile Inputs: Inputs now align with select triggers at the same text size on mobile.
  • Confirmation Dialogs: Discard and confirmation dialogs now close correctly and no longer reopen.

Polished Member Schedule

  • Schedule List: Class names in the member schedule list now use the full available width before truncating.
  • Class Details Drawer: A more compact drawer header and a docked action bar in the member app.
FIXED
  • Membership Period End: Fixed the membership period end showing past the actual membership expiry in the class registration details.
  • Membership Units: Fixed the membership unit count being off at a hold-shifted period boundary.
  • Registration Note: Fixed the plan registration note covering the workout content in the member class details drawer.
